Here is an update on the Wireless Service in Shorepine Village.

This re-work and fine tuning continues and periodic updates will be sent via email. Most recent changes are: SSID is now Shorepine_Village, password remains the same. And, we have increased bandwidth to 50Mbps from 30Mbps, a 66% increase.

HOA Annual Meeting - Held the 3rd Saturday of April at 12:00 pm at the Kiwanda Community Center. Please note the changed time this year. Annual meetings are usually held at 10:00 am, but this year will be held at Noon.

The Board of Directors plans to review reserves in the July-Sept time-frame and is soliciting volunteers and contributors from the homeowners to be part of this subcommittee. Please use the Contact Us link to volunteer.

Any owners may attend board meetings. They are held the 3rd Saturday of February, March, July, and October from 9:30-11:30. Please use Contact Us to request location as it rotates between board members.
