Shorepine Village was started in 1996 by Pacific City Developer, Nestucca Ridge Development, Inc. Principals, Jeff Schons and Mary Jones had a vision of a Planned Unit Development which was cohesive and met the needs of both full time and vacation residents.

Shorepine Village was substantially complete in 2007. All Walkways and Dune Ramp are public walkways intended for the use of Shorepine Village Owners, Renters and the Community as a whole.

In 2006, Jeff Schons and Mary Jones generously donated the Club House to the Association free of charge. The Club House is for the non-exclusive use of Owners and Renters.
