ASSESSMENTS - How much are the Assessments for 2008?

ASSESSMENTS -  What do these Assessments pay for?

There are two Homeowners Associations in Shorepine Village.  These are:

Homeowners Association and Townhome Owners Association.

The Homeowners Association pays for the following:

     1.  Operations of the Association (Bookkeeping, Insurance, Postage & Printing,

Common Area Property Taxes & Annual Meeting Costs)

     2.  Club House Expenses (Management, Maintenance, Cleaning and Utilities)

     3.  Landscaping of Common Areas

     4. Maintenance of Common Areas (Asphalt Paths, Asphalt Streets, Two Bridges,

Dune Ramp, Garbage Can Enclosures, Club House Maintenance & Repairs,

and Club House Equipment Repair and Maintenance)

The Townhome Owners Association pays for:

     1.  Operations of the Association ( Bookkeeping, etc)

     2.  Townhome Insurance

     3.  Landscaping Front of Townhomes

     4.  Repair and Replacement of Roofs, Gutters, Siding, Garage Doors and Openers.

The Goal of both Associations is to have enough money for current maintenance costs and future replacements collected thru amounts each year.  A comprehensive schedule of costs and funding is planned thru 2035.
