AREA HOME MAINTENANCE VENDORS

The Board of Directors is providing a list of Vendors who provide Home Maintenance Services.  Providing this list is not an endorsement or a guarantee of the quality of their work. 

List of Vendors that service Pacific City

 
RECOMMENDED ROUTINE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE
  1. Flush Water Heater
  2. Clean Gutters - remove sand and moss from outside
  3. Clean and lubricate window cranks, operator mechanisms, and slide tracks
  4. Check and recaulk windows (especially those facing south)
  5. Wash and treat deck surfaces (Cabot Natural #3000)
  6. Roof – check for missing shingles, flashing, leaks, bird nests, etc.
  7. Remove, clean and store all window screens during the fall and winter months.
  8. Periodically the space heaters should be inspected and cleaned of any dust and debris accumulation.
  9. Clean Dryer Vent – some are lengthy
  10. Lubricate door locks
  11. Remove weeds agains house
  12. Specification for siding and decking oil is Cabot Natural #3000
  13. Periodically inspect and replace washing machine hoses and inspect/replace ice maker supply line. Braided stainless steel flexable water hose should be used for refrigerator water feed line connections.
